Partner Project Manager
FeverUp is seeking a Partner Project Manager to oversee the entire lifecycle of major events, from contract signing to final execution. This role involves coordinating with various stakeholders, including event organizers and internal teams, to ensure seamless project delivery. The Partner Project Manager will serve as the primary point of contact, facilitating effective communication and collaboration throughout the project.
Key responsibilities include managing project timelines, setting clear goals, and proactively resolving issues to ensure successful event execution. The role requires monitoring partner performance by defining key performance indicators (KPIs), analyzing data, and implementing strategies for continuous growth. Additionally, the Partner Project Manager will gather and analyze partner feedback to inform product, marketing, and operational enhancements.
The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in project management or consulting, preferably in a client-facing capacity. Strong project management skills, the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential. A problem-solving mindset and the ability to work independently to deliver results are also required. Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies, as well as a bachelor's degree or equivalent, are preferred.
