The Partner Marketing Manager at Checkr will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing the company's partner marketing strategy. This position is integral to driving revenue growth through joint marketing initiatives with both existing and new partners within Checkr's ecosystem. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with the partner, marketing, and sales teams to develop and implement strategic campaign plans. Checkr, established in 2014, is a leading data platform that empowers safe and fair decision-making, serving over 100,000 customers, including notable companies like DoorDash, Coinbase, Lyft, Instacart, and Airtable.

Key responsibilities include creating strategies to fuel growth across the partner ecosystem, informing partner prioritization, and developing joint marketing plans to drive product sign-ups and revenue. The role involves owning campaign execution in collaboration with partners through various channels such as email, webinars, events, in-product activations, and paid social media. Crafting compelling messaging for co-marketing programs, identifying and piloting new initiatives with partners, and developing strong relationships with partners and internal teams are also essential duties. Additionally, the Partner Marketing Manager will measure performance and conduct analyses to assess and communicate the effectiveness of co-marketing activities, identifying areas for improvement.

The ideal candidate will have over four years of experience in partner marketing within the B2B SaaS space, preferably focusing on Mid-Market and Enterprise segments. A proven track record of creating and executing successful partner marketing programs and building mutually beneficial relationships with partners is essential. Strong organizational and strategic thinking skills, the ability to work independently, and the capacity to manage multiple projects effectively are required. The candidate should possess a deep understanding of the customer journey through and with partners, cross-functional leadership experience, and hands-on experience with go-to-market and digital marketing tools such as Salesforce, Marketo, Google Analytics, and Looker.

Compensation for this role varies by location. In San Francisco, CA, the base salary range is $128,000 to $150,000 USD, while in Denver, CO, it ranges from $108,000 to $127,000 USD.
