Partner Marketing Manager
Canonical is seeking a Partner Marketing Manager to develop strategic relationships with global partners, including leading companies in public cloud, silicon, and hardware sectors. This role is integral to Canonical's mission of delivering open-source software solutions, such as Ubuntu, to enterprise and technology markets worldwide. The position is remote, based in the Americas region, and reports to the Head of Partner Marketing.
The Partner Marketing Manager will be responsible for building joint go-to-market plans with partners, encompassing messaging and pipeline generation. Key duties include creating and delivering integrated campaigns, product launches, webinar series, industry announcements, and core content in collaboration with partners. Additionally, the role involves creatively packaging Canonical's product offerings and educational materials, as well as expanding and scaling the company's partner programs.
Candidates should have experience in B2B marketing and working with strategic corporate partners to develop co-marketing initiatives. Strong customer and partner relationship management skills are essential, along with proven analytical abilities to assess opportunities and make decisions on program investments. A willingness to take initiative and exceptional verbal and written communication skills are also required.
