Doctolib is seeking a Partner Enablement & Operations Lead to join our Sales & Partnerships Excellence Team in Berlin or Munich. In this role, you will develop and implement scalable go-to-market and partner enablement strategies to enhance the performance and efficiency of our sales and partnership teams. You will collaborate closely with global and local project teams to optimize processes and tools, ensuring seamless collaboration between sales and partnerships.

Your primary responsibilities will include leading the development of operations tools and processes for sales and partnerships, with a focus on partner sourcing, onboarding, enablement, and co-selling. You will prioritize initiatives aligned with global go-to-market and partnership strategies, ensuring local requirements are integrated into the international roadmap. Additionally, you will design, test, and implement new end-to-end processes and tools in coordination with sales, partnerships, marketing, and operations teams.

The ideal candidate will have at least five years of relevant experience in sales operations, partnership operations, or project management. Proven success in leading complex, cross-functional projects and stakeholder management is essential. Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM systems, along with knowledge of project management methodologies and relevant tools such as automation, analytics, and business intelligence, is required. Fluency in German (C2) and very good English skills (C1) are also necessary.

We offer a competitive salary package, including a monthly bonus, and 28 vacation days plus one additional day for each full calendar year of employment, up to a maximum of 30 days.
