Partner Enablement Manager
The Partner Enablement Manager at Precisely International is responsible for developing and executing strategies to empower partners with the necessary tools, resources, and knowledge to effectively promote and sell Precisely's products and services. Key responsibilities include designing and delivering comprehensive training programs, creating and maintaining up-to-date enablement materials, and facilitating regular communication channels to keep partners informed about product updates and best practices. The manager will also analyze partner performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement targeted initiatives to enhance partner effectiveness.
The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field, along with a minimum of five years of experience in partner enablement, sales training, or a similar role. Strong project management skills, excellent communication abilities, and a deep understanding of sales processes and partner ecosystems are essential. Proficiency in developing and delivering training content, both in-person and virtually, is also required.
