About The Role
EliseAI is hiring a Partner Development Manager to own revenue generation across our existing GTM partner portfolio. You will report to the GTM Partnerships Lead and work closely with Sales, RevOps, Business Development, Enablement, and Partner Marketing.
You take ownership from late-stage activation through co-selling, joint plays, and expansion. Your job is to make existing partnerships produce at their ceiling.
Key Responsibilities
Relationship Development
- Build and maintain high-value relationships at the rep, director, and executive level across assigned partner accounts / territories
- Serve as the primary day-to-day contact for partner field teams; be the person they call when they have a deal to route
- Proactively lead joint planning with partner counterparts to develop mutual performance objectives and hit shared revenue targets
