Partner Account Manager (Contract)- EMEA
xAI is seeking an experienced Partner Account Manager to join its Sales Partner Team in Dublin, Ireland, focusing on driving growth across Africa, Turkey, and Central Eastern Europe. xAI's mission is to develop AI systems that accurately understand the universe and aid humanity in its pursuit of knowledge. The company operates with a flat organizational structure, emphasizing hands-on contributions and engineering excellence.
In this role, the Partner Account Manager will collaborate with sales partners, agencies, and advertisers to understand their objectives, recommend best practices, and develop effective advertising campaigns. Responsibilities include educating clients on xAI's advertising products, resolving campaign issues promptly, and identifying process improvements. The role also involves leading operational excellence efforts, such as client verification, staff onboarding, and managing product or policy escalations. Additionally, the manager will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver optimal results for advertisers and provide feedback to product and tools teams to scale the advertising platform.
Candidates should have 3-5 years of experience managing digital marketing programs for advertisers or their agencies, with excellent communication skills in English. Strong product knowledge, optimization, and analytical skills are essential. The role requires a demonstrated ability to develop and enhance customer relationships, manage large customer accounts, and navigate conflicts to drive collective business decisions. A proven track record in translating marketing objectives into results, effectively optimizing marketing campaigns, and strong presentation skills are also necessary. A BA/BS degree or equivalent experience is required.
