Part-time Office Manager (On-site)
Monks is seeking an organized and proactive Part-time Office Manager to oversee the daily operations of our Denver office, which supports approximately 60 colleagues. This on-site role requires presence at our location on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays. The Office Manager will ensure a smooth, compliant, and welcoming workplace environment while supporting our teams, managing vendors, and coordinating logistics and events.
Key responsibilities include overseeing daily office operations, maintenance, and safety compliance. The role involves managing supplier and vendor relationships, evaluating new service providers aligned with company needs and values, and coordinating office upkeep, renovations, and purchases. Additionally, the Office Manager will maintain inventory of snacks, supplies, and cleaning materials, support IT and HR with office technology, onboarding/offboarding, and equipment management, handle mail and deliveries, track office budgets and expenses, plan and support office events, manage employee recognition moments, and collaborate with building management for facility coordination.
The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of office administration experience, strong organizational skills, exceptional attention to detail, and a customer-service orientation. Proficiency in office management, multitasking, and prioritization is essential, along with strong communication and interpersonal abilities. The candidate should be tech-savvy, comfortable with Google Suite and basic IT coordination, self-motivated, organized, and diplomatic. Experience in advertising, creative, or tech environments is preferred.
Monks offers an hourly rate between $20 and $25 USD for this position. The rate offered to the selected candidate will be determined based on job-related factors.
