Part-time Office Coordinator (On-site)
Monks is seeking a proactive and organized Part-time Office Coordinator to manage the daily operations of our Denver office, which supports a team of 60 colleagues. This role is integral to maintaining a smooth, compliant, and welcoming workplace environment. The position requires on-site presence at our Denver location on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays.
Key responsibilities include overseeing daily office operations, ensuring maintenance and safety compliance, and managing supplier and vendor relationships. The Office Coordinator will coordinate office upkeep, handle renovations and purchases, and maintain inventories of snacks, supplies, and cleaning materials. Additionally, the role involves supporting IT and HR with office technology, managing onboarding and offboarding processes, and handling mail and office communications.
The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of office administration experience, strong organizational skills, and exceptional attention to detail. A customer-service orientation, proficiency in multitasking and prioritization, and strong communication and interpersonal abilities are essential. Familiarity with Google Suite and basic IT coordination is required. Experience in advertising, creative, or tech environments is preferred.
Compensation for this part-time position ranges from $20 to $25 per hour, depending on experience.
