About the Role: We are seeking a skilled Part-Time Bookkeeper with strong experience in QuickBooks Online, QuickBooks Enterprise, payroll, and sales tax. This role is ideal for someone detail-oriented and reliable who enjoys managing multiple client files.
Key Responsibilities:
• Bookkeeping in QuickBooks Online (QBO) and QuickBooks Enterprise
• Bank and credit card reconciliations
• Payroll processing and payroll tax filings
• State and local sales tax reporting
• Month-end and year-end support
• Preparing financial reports for CPA review
Qualifications:
• Proven bookkeeping experience
• Proficiency in QBO and QuickBooks Enterprise
• Expertise in payroll and sales tax
• Strong organizational skills and accuracy
• Bonus: ProAdvisor certification and experience working with CPAs/EAs
Contract Details:
• Classified as an Independent Contractor (1099)
• Contractor responsible for own taxes and insurance
• On-site work according to an agreed schedule
• Ongoing engagement based on performance
