The Paralegal will assist attorneys in drafting and negotiating contracts, designing and implementing process improvements, conducting legal research, and providing legal advice. Responsibilities include supporting a wide range of transactional legal matters, managing long-term projects for the legal team, developing internal tools, coordinating electronic signatures, maintaining contract records, and offering limited support for litigation.

Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree and demonstrate strong critical thinking and formal writing abilities. While prior paralegal or legal internship experience is preferred, a general interest in pursuing a legal career is also valued. Success in this role requires self-motivation, an ownership mentality, and the ability to learn quickly by utilizing available resources.
