Alexander Shunnarah Trial Attorneys, a rapidly expanding personal injury law firm headquartered in Alabama with offices nationwide, is seeking a dedicated Paralegal to join our team. This role is integral to our litigation process, providing essential support to our attorneys and ensuring that each case is managed with precision and care. The position is based in our Metairie, LA office and requires on-site presence to foster effective collaboration.

As a Paralegal, you will be responsible for managing personal injury cases throughout all phases of litigation. Your duties will include drafting legal documents such as pleadings, motions, affidavits, and interrogatories; conducting legal research and providing thorough written analyses; preparing for depositions and trials; and maintaining effective communication with clients, providers, and opposing counsel. Your organizational skills will be crucial in managing documents, deadlines, and case details efficiently.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of one year of legal litigation experience, with three to five years preferred. Proficiency in drafting and reviewing legal documents, conducting legal research, and assisting with trial preparation is essential. Experience with personal injury cases is highly desirable. Strong verbal and written communication skills are required, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office. Familiarity with case management systems like FileVine is preferred.

We offer a competitive salary ranging from $50,000 to $60,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
