THE ROLE

Neo Financial is seeking a detail-oriented, energetic, and proactive Paralegal to join our team in Calgary, AB on a full-time basis. Reporting directly to internal Legal Counsel, you will play a key operational role in supporting Neo’s Legal team across a wide range of legal functions.

You will handle high-impact, independent workflows—from managing corporate governance and contract lifecycles to conducting legal research and managing external legal ops. If you thrive in a fast-paced fintech environment, love solving operational challenges, and want to build a career in technology and corporate law with a fun, high-performing team, this is the role for you!

WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR

- Education & Credentials: Paralegal Diploma, Certificate, or Bachelor's Degree from a recognized Canadian post-secondary institution (COPR/paralegal education equivalent preferred).
