Paralegal - Litigation

The Paralegal will be responsible for supporting attorneys in all phases of litigation, including conducting legal research, drafting pleadings and discovery documents, managing case files, and coordinating with clients and witnesses. The role also involves assisting in trial preparation and providing support during court proceedings, ensuring that all case materials are organized and readily accessible.
Candidates should possess a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, along with a paralegal certificate from an accredited program. A minimum of three years of litigation experience in a law firm setting is preferred. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in legal research tools and case management software are essential. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are also required.
