The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor's degree in paralegal studies or a related field, along with a paralegal certification. A minimum of two years of experience in a legal setting is required. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in legal research tools and Microsoft Office Suite are essential. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are also necessary to effectively interact with clients and team members.
