The role

- Execution of debt recovery processes under the German Code of Civil Procedure (ZPO), including payment orders, enforcement orders and enforcement actions.

- Independent management of an assigned portfolio of debt recovery cases.

- Develop and implement tailored debt recovery strategies for each customer case to achieve optimal outcomes for both the company and the customer.

- Supervision and coordination of external legal service providers (law firms, bailiffs, insolvency practitioners).

- Maintenance of accurate, compliant documentation in internal systems.

- Contribution to process improvements and knowledge sharing within the Collections & Litigation function.

- Draft and file applications for payment orders, enforcement orders and related documents under German law.

- Manage a personal portfolio of debt recovery cases through pre-litigation, litigation and enforcement stages.

- Prepare and monitor court applications for enforcement measures (garnishment, attachment, asset disclosure etc.).
