Core Scientific, a leading provider of high-performance computing infrastructure in North America, is seeking a Paralegal to join their legal department in Miami, Florida. In this role, the Paralegal will work under the direction of the Chief Legal Officer and attorneys to provide professional legal and administrative services to the company's executives and employees. Key responsibilities include compiling and reviewing contracts, assisting with monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting requirements for finance and accounting, and utilizing contract administration software to manage agreements. The Paralegal will also support the preparation and gathering of signatures for commercial contracts, coordinate Board of Directors and committee meetings, ensure compliance with Section 16 reporting, and administer all equity transactions.

Candidates should possess an Associate’s degree or equivalent, with 5-7 years of relevant legal experience. Experience with Ironclad, Microsoft Office Suite, Slack, and OneDrive is required, along with equity/stock administration experience. A Paralegal certification is preferred. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter capable of managing multiple projects under pressure and independently, demonstrating excellent judgment, integrity, dependability, and a strong work ethic.
