This role combines paralegal responsibilities with the management of legal technology platforms, ensuring efficient contract workflows and legal processes. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical aptitude, excellent organizational skills, and a solid foundation in corporate paralegal work.

Key responsibilities include reviewing and implementing nondisclosure agreements, drafting simple contract amendments, renewals, and extensions, and creating abstracts of key contract terms. The role also involves managing the company's record retention program, providing trademark support, overseeing supplier legal documentation processes, and supporting the consumer privacy program. Additionally, the position requires serving as the primary administrator for legal technology platforms such as Agiloft (CLM), DocuSign (e-signature workflows), and Exterro (legal holds/e-discovery), including configuring and maintaining system workflows, templates, user permissions, and integrations.

Candidates should have over seven years of experience in a sophisticated law firm or in-house legal department, with a preference for those holding a bachelor's degree or paralegal certificate. Experience with contracts and contract management is essential, and familiarity with legal technology platforms like Agiloft, DocuSign, and Exterro is strongly desired. Proficiency in Office 365, excellent organizational skills, the ability to multitask, and strong communication skills are also required.

The compensation for this position ranges from $100,000 to $115,000 USD annually, with exact figures varying based on skills, experience, and location.
