Paid Social Media (Banco de Talentos)
As a Paid Social Specialist at Monks, you will play a consultative role, advising clients on industry trends, leveraging various technology solutions, and optimizing their advertising spend to drive long-term value. This position is based in Buenos Aires, Argentina, within a dynamic team dedicated to delivering strategic knowledge in the digital advertising space.
Your primary responsibilities will include managing the execution and performance of social, search, display, video, and mobile advertising campaigns throughout the full account management life cycle. You will be the key player in client and team relationship management, campaign optimization, and media planning. Additionally, you will develop and grow relationships with client-side stakeholders, such as partners at Google, Meta, and other key media players, to ascertain business needs and craft the best strategic and tactical approaches.
The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of experience implementing paid media campaigns in a technology company or end-advertiser. Proficiency in social platforms like Meta, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, Snapchat, or others is essential. Experience with programmatic platforms such as DV360, CM, or The Trade Desk, as well as search platforms like Google Ads, SA360, or Amazon, is desired but not required. Strong data analysis abilities, with experience in Google Analytics and Data Studio, are also desirable.
