Paid Media Analyst
As a Paid Media Analyst at Monks, you will be the technical engine behind our digital campaign execution. You will support media strategy leads by translating client briefs into actionable digital plans, with a mandatory requirement for hands-on implementation within Google Ads and Meta Business Suite.
Your key responsibilities will include direct, hands-on setup of campaigns within Meta Ads Manager, including audience building, creative testing, and technical troubleshooting. You will also manage the implementation and daily management of Search, Display, and Video campaigns within Google Ads. Additionally, you will be responsible for building rigorous naming conventions and UTM structures to ensure clean data across all platforms, reviewing all digital assets to ensure they meet specific technical requirements before launch, and coordinating with production teams to ensure all creative materials are received and formatted correctly for digital delivery.
To be successful in this role, you should have 1-2 years of experience in digital media, with proven hands-on experience setting up and managing campaigns within Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads. A high attention to detail regarding tracking codes, platform-specific specs, and budget pacing is essential. Additionally, a proactive mindset with the ability to identify potential campaign issues before they arise and suggest technical solutions is required.
Preferred qualifications include knowledge or exposure to Campaign Manager 360 (CM) and Display & Video 360 (DV360), familiarity with Google Analytics 4 (GA4) for post-click behavior analysis, and active Google Ads (Search/Video) or Meta Blueprint certifications.
