Organization Development Officer

Cermati is a financial technology startup based in Indonesia, dedicated to simplifying the process of finding and applying for financial products online. The Organization Development Officer will play a pivotal role in aligning the company's organizational structure with its strategic objectives, ensuring that each position's duties and responsibilities are clearly defined to support business needs.

Key responsibilities include developing and implementing organizational structure changes, drafting and reviewing job descriptions, managing the approval process for organizational changes, and creating a comprehensive competency dictionary. The role also involves reviewing employee promotion submissions, designing career development paths across various business functions, and drafting standard operating procedures related to organizational development.

The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Management, or Psychology, with 2–3 years of experience in organizational development. Fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply. Previous experience in the banking, multifinance, or fintech industries is preferred, along with a solid understanding of HR business processes.
