Organization Development Manager

The Organization Development Manager will play a pivotal role within the Human Resources team, focusing on enhancing organizational structures and processes to align with the company's strategic objectives.
Key responsibilities include leading the design and restructuring of organizational structures to maximize efficiency, managing comprehensive job analyses and evaluations to establish standardized compensation frameworks, and developing company-wide competency models. The role also involves collaborating with departmental leaders to create accurate job descriptions and measurable key performance indicators, ensuring alignment with the company's mission and annual goals.
The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Industrial Engineering, Organizational Psychology, Business, or Management, with a minimum of five years' experience in the financial industry, tech companies, or startups, including at least three years in organizational development. Expertise in organizational design, job analysis, competency frameworks, and performance appraisal systems is essential. Strong business acumen, strategic thinking, leadership capabilities, and effective communication skills are also required.
