The Organic Growth & Discoverability Manager will be responsible for defining and leading global strategies to maximize content reach and follower acquisition. Key duties include optimizing content for platforms like TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and LinkedIn, developing multi-platform adaptation frameworks, and designing A/B experiments to refine audience acquisition funnels. Additionally, the role involves collaborating with creative and marketing teams to align content with business objectives and analyzing performance metrics to inform strategic decisions.

Candidates should have over four years of experience in Social Media Strategy, Growth, or Audience Development, with a proven track record in scaling audiences through social search tactics and recommendation algorithms. A strong analytical mindset, proficiency in tools such as Meta Business Suite, TikTok Analytics, and YouTube Studio, and full professional proficiency in English (C1 level) are essential.
