Organic Content Officer

a leading financial technology startup in Indonesia, is seeking an Organic Content Officer to join our dynamic team. This role focuses on creating high-quality, compliant financial content that adheres to E-E-A-T standards and OJK regulations, contributing to our mission of simplifying the process of finding and applying for financial products online.

The Organic Content Officer will be responsible for researching and producing engaging financial content, executing Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) strategies to enhance content visibility on both traditional search engines and AI platforms, conducting regular audits to maintain data accuracy and freshness, managing on-page elements such as meta tags and internal linking, monitoring organic traffic metrics using tools like Google Search Console and GA4, and coordinating with Product, Technical, and Creative teams to ensure seamless execution of content and growth initiatives.

Candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree from a reputable university and have at least one year of internship experience in SEO or digital marketing. The ideal candidate is eager to learn, passionate about content creation with attention to detail, demonstrates critical thinking, is a fast learner adaptable to algorithm changes, has strong communication skills capable of coordinating with team members at various levels, is proficient in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word, and has the ability to use AI tools such as Gemini, ChatGPT, Claude, or Copilot for brainstorming and structuring content. Proficiency in English is also required.
