Oracle Fusion Specialist (Supply Chain)
Divergent is seeking an Oracle Fusion Specialist to support the functional configuration and daily operations of Oracle Fusion ERP, focusing on Finance and Supply Chain modules. This role is integral to ensuring the seamless operation of core ERP processes within a dynamic technology company that leverages the Divergent Adaptive Production System (DAPS) to revolutionize manufacturing across automotive, aerospace, and defense sectors.
Key responsibilities include implementing and configuring Oracle Fusion ERP to align with business processes and controls, troubleshooting functional issues and workflows, and collaborating with technical teams to design and maintain integrations, custom reports, and workflows using Oracle tools. The specialist will also participate in data migration and validation activities, support ERP-related projects such as upgrades and testing, and act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to translate requirements into scalable solutions.
Candidates should possess a bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related field, with a financial or accounting background being advantageous. A minimum of three years in an Oracle ERP functional support role, recent hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud, and strong expertise in Finance and Supply Chain modules are required. Proficiency in building OTBI reports, a solid understanding of business processes and controls, and strong troubleshooting and communication skills are essential. Comfort in supporting production systems and business-critical processes is also necessary.
