Divergent is seeking an Oracle Fusion Analyst to support the functional configuration and daily operations of their Oracle Fusion ERP system, focusing on Finance and Supply Chain modules. This role involves collaborating closely with users to solve real business problems and ensure the smooth operation of core ERP processes.

Key responsibilities include implementing and configuring Oracle Fusion ERP to align with business processes and controls, troubleshooting functional issues, and providing day-to-day operational support. The analyst will also collaborate with technical teams to design and maintain integrations, custom reports, and workflows using Oracle tools such as OIC, VBCS, ADF, OTBI, and SmartView. Additionally, the role involves participating in data migration, validation, and cleansing activities to ensure data integrity during system upgrades or migrations.

Candidates should have a bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related field, with a financial or accounting background being a plus. A minimum of three years in an Oracle ERP functional support role is required, along with recent, hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud. Strong experience in Finance and/or Supply Chain modules such as GL, AP, AR, FA, PO, INV, OM, or Procurement is essential. Proficiency in building OTBI reports, a solid understanding of business processes and controls, and strong troubleshooting, communication, and customer service skills are also necessary.

The position offers a competitive salary range between $82,620 and $180,977, depending on the candidate's level as evaluated through the interview process.
