Oracle Administrator II
Checkr is seeking a Finance Business Systems Analyst to join its Corporate Engineering team in Santiago, Chile. This role focuses on supporting the company's rapid growth by enhancing financial processes and systems, particularly Oracle Fusion ERP applications. The analyst will collaborate closely with finance, accounting, and engineering teams to implement global solutions that drive value for business stakeholders.
Key responsibilities include serving as the first line of defense for finance system issues, triaging and resolving support tickets related to Oracle Fusion and downstream finance applications. The analyst will assist in gathering requirements from stakeholders, translating discussions into detailed functional specifications and user stories. Additionally, the role involves executing detailed test cases for system enhancements, performing User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and collaborating with developers to verify fixes. The analyst will also create and maintain documentation for existing workflows and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), identifying bottlenecks to improve operational efficiency.
The ideal candidate holds a bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Accounting, Business, Engineering, Math, or a related field, with a fundamental understanding of accounting principles. They should have at least one year of experience in systems analysis and process optimization, as well as experience with Oracle ERP Fusion Financials or similar ERP systems. Proficiency in SQL development is preferred. Strong problem-solving, coordination, and communication skills are essential, along with the ability to balance multiple priorities and manage time effectively. Familiarity with software development life cycles and agile methodology is also desired.
