The Operations and Visual Manager at ALO's Multrees Walk location in Edinburgh is a pivotal member of the store leadership team, responsible for implementing the company's operational and visual strategies. This role focuses on inventory management, labor planning, scheduling, and visual merchandising to ensure the store operates efficiently and remains customer-ready at all times.

Key responsibilities include overseeing and executing essential operational and visual processes, investigating and resolving inventory accuracy issues in collaboration with the General Manager, and maintaining high visual standards on the sales floor by analyzing business performance data. The manager also ensures accurate inventory counts, coordinates labor hours for product deliveries, and upholds a safe and efficient work environment.

The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of leadership experience in retail or a related industry, proficiency in MS Office applications, and exceptional interpersonal and communication skills. The role requires agility in managing multiple tasks within a dynamic environment, a business-owner mindset with an entrepreneurial spirit, and the physical capability to perform tasks such as lifting up to 50 pounds and standing for entire shifts.
