Operations Strategist Senior Analyst
The Operations Strategist Senior Analyst at plays a pivotal role in enhancing the company's operational efficiency within the financial technology sector. This position is integral to the operations team, focusing on analyzing and improving business processes to support mission of simplifying access to financial products in Indonesia.
Key responsibilities include analyzing ongoing and upcoming business processes to ensure proper documentation is available, identifying and developing core operational processes such as target setting, incentive calculation, reporting, and setting metrics and service level agreements (SLAs). The role also involves working closely with operations managers and stakeholders to drive and monitor new improvement initiatives, providing direction and guidance to junior team members, and ensuring routine business processes are completed accurately and on time.
Candidates should have at least 2-3 years of experience in operational excellence or business operations improvements, particularly within the financial industry. Attention to detail, a critical mindset, and a self-driven approach to task completion are essential. Strong analytical skills to identify root causes and creatively solve problems, the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment, and strong verbal and written communication skills are also required. Preferred qualifications include experience managing large-scale operation projects in fintech or similar industries, a background in business consulting, experience managing small teams, an industrial engineering degree, and proficiency in SQL or similar languages.
