Operations Process Improvement Manager

This role focuses on designing, implementing, and enhancing operational workflows to drive efficiency and scalability across SMN's global operations.
The Operations Process Improvement Manager will be responsible for developing and optimizing operational workflows, identifying inefficiencies, and standardizing processes across regions including North America, Europe, APAC, and LATAM. Key duties include automating manual processes using AI tools, collaborating with Tech and Data teams to implement scalable solutions, and leveraging AI to enhance productivity. Additionally, the role involves partnering with stakeholders to ensure process adoption, maintaining clear operational playbooks, and defining KPIs to measure performance and drive decision-making.
Candidates should possess a Master's degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or Data Analytics, along with over five years of experience in strategy or operations consulting, supply chain, media operations, marketing operations, or production management within large-scale, fast-paced, digital-first organizations. Strong skills in process design, optimization, workflow automation, and data analysis are essential. Experience with automation tools such as Zapier, Make, Notion, or Airtable, familiarity with AI tools, and proficiency in English are also required.
