Operations Manager
Hills Daniels & Associates, a dedicated personal injury law firm based in Louisiana, is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead and transform its operational processes. The firm is renowned for its commitment to helping accident victims regain their independence, intentionally limiting caseloads to provide personalized and thorough representation. This role is pivotal in ensuring seamless and efficient operations, directly impacting client satisfaction and overall firm success.
The Operations Manager will oversee daily activities, refine processes, and enhance productivity across the firm. Key responsibilities include managing day-to-day operations, building and maintaining reporting systems around new cases and settlements, creating and enforcing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), coordinating with external vendors, conducting quarterly performance reviews, developing Key Performance Indicator (KPI) dashboards, and collaborating closely with firm leadership to align operational initiatives with strategic objectives.
Candidates should have prior experience in law firm operations, ideally with 2–3+ years in a similar role supporting attorneys and paralegals in a fast-paced environment. Proven ability to build, document, and enforce SOPs, establish accountability across teams, and create operational structures is essential. Technical proficiency in Microsoft 365 and familiarity with tools such as RingCentral, Case Status, and Connecteam is preferred. Strong leadership skills, resourcefulness, and the ability to work independently are also critical for success in this role.
