Key Responsibilities
Financial & Administrative Systems
● Set up and manage bookkeeping systems (e.g., Expensify or similar tools)
● Track expenses and maintain organized financial records
● Support basic reporting and documentation processes
Website & Funnel Optimization
● Optimize website pages for clarity and conversion
● Build and maintain simple marketing funnels
● Upload and format course materials
Program Administration
● Edit and convert teaching materials into polished program assets
● Organize digital assets and student resources
● Maintain backend systems for group programs
Research & Compliance
● Conduct preliminary copyright and trademark research
● Support documentation for intellectual property protection
