ROLE OVERVIEW

The Operations Lead will be a force-multiplier to Harvey's Chief Strategy Officer (CSO) and a key member of the CSO's leadership team. You will sit at the intersection of company strategy, external engagement, and go-to-market — helping translate ambitious priorities into clear plans and disciplined execution.

Harvey's CSO leads the company's long-term strategy, external engagement with the legal ecosystem, and enterprise vertical expansion. The remit spans two of Harvey's high priority workstreams: building and managing Harvey's relationships with the judiciary, bar associations, law schools, and policymakers as they navigate what AI means for the legal profession; and scaling Harvey's enterprise vertical strat...
