Operations Intern- Global Merchandising
Fever, a leading tech platform for culture and live entertainment, is seeking an Operations Intern to join their Global Merchandising team. This role offers an opportunity to gain practical experience in international business operations within a dynamic environment. The intern will work closely with various teams to enhance operational efficiency and support the company's mission to democratize access to culture and entertainment.
The Operations Intern will contribute to process improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing operational effectiveness. Responsibilities include supporting global operational activities such as event planning, logistics, vendor management, and customer experience optimization. The intern will also identify opportunities for automation and cost optimization, develop strategies to mitigate risks, and collect and analyze data related to operational performance to inform decision-making.
Candidates should be pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree in engineering, business administration, operations management, data analytics, or related fields. Strong analytical skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office (particularly Excel and PowerPoint), and fluency in English and Spanish are required. Experience with SQL, Python, Power BI, or similar tools is a plus. Effective communication skills, a detail-oriented mindset, and a proactive approach to problem-solving are essential.
