The ideal candidate is currently pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree in engineering, business administration, operations management, data analytics, or a related field. Strong analytical skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office (particularly Excel and PowerPoint), and familiarity with tools such as SQL, Python, Power BI, or Tableau are highly desirable. Fluency in English and Spanish is required, with additional languages considered a plus.
