The Operations Compliance Analyst at Example Corp plays a pivotal role in ensuring that the company's operations adhere to established compliance standards. As a key member of the Operations team, this position collaborates closely with various departments, including Production, Supply Chain, and Finance, to maintain and enhance compliance processes. Example Corp, a privately held American clothing and accessory retailer founded in 1998, has experienced significant growth, operating over 100 retail locations and a successful e-commerce business.

In this role, the analyst is responsible for managing the vendor compliance manual, partnering with the Production and Supply Chain Operations teams to document, update, and republish compliance guidelines as necessary. They work closely with the 3PL Distribution Center team to compile infractions and noncompliance issues, monitor data collection processes, and review vendor compliance issues with the Production team. Additionally, the analyst presents violations and resulting charges to vendors for resolution, responds to vendor inquiries, and collaborates with the Finance team to issue credits for agreed-upon compliance failures. They also record and publish reports highlighting recoveries and areas of opportunity.

Candidates should be self-motivated, capable of working independently and within cross-functional teams. A proven ability to think and perform strategically, effective communication skills, and solid mathematical abilities are essential. Proficiency with MS Office products, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, is required. A bachelor's degree in business or supply chain is preferred, along with at least two years of experience in auditing, accounting, or inventory control. Excellent customer service skills and a passion for the Example Corp brand are also important.

Example Corp offers a competitive salary package, with a New York pay band ranging from $85,000 to $125,000 USD.
