Operations Associate (Part-Time) - Shops at Clearfork

The Operations Associate at Alo Yoga's Shops at Clearfork location plays a pivotal role in ensuring the store's operational efficiency and profitability. This part-time position involves close collaboration with the Operations & Visual Management team to support overall store operations and maintain high standards of performance.

Key responsibilities include executing inventory management processes to maximize accuracy and minimize shrinkage, supporting shipment processing, receiving, and sales floor replenishment, and maintaining strong visual standards throughout the store. The role also involves investigating inventory discrepancies, assisting with floor set updates, and ensuring a safe and organized stockroom environment.

Candidates should have at least one year of experience in a client-centric, sales, or operational environment. The role requires constant movement within the store, the ability to lift up to 50 pounds, and tasks such as bending, kneeling, and climbing ladders. A passion for customer service, self-motivation, and alignment with Alo's guiding principles are essential.

Part-time associates are expected to work up to 30 hours per week, with a minimum shift of 4 hours. Availability during the company's Blackout period, from the week of American Thanksgiving through the first week of January, is required.
