The Operations team focuses on streamlining processes and ensuring a top-tier experience for all stakeholders.
The Operations Analyst will participate in cross-functional projects aimed at improving merchandising processes, including forecasting, pricing, stock control, and logistics. Responsibilities encompass assisting in the launch and expansion of merchandising operations in new cities and countries, coordinating with logistics, procurement, finance, marketing, and onsite teams. The role also involves managing project tracking, developing forecasting models, and optimizing merchandising workflows through process automation.
Candidates should possess 0-2 years of relevant experience in consulting, operations, analytics, supply chain, or merchandising. A Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Data Analytics, or related fields is required. Fluency in Spanish and English is essential, along with proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets, SQL, and data visualization. Strong project management skills, analytical abilities, and excellent interpersonal and communication skills are also necessary.
