Operational Risk Manager

Point72's Operational Risk Group is responsible for identifying, monitoring, and reporting operational risks across the firm, including managing business continuity, third-party risks, and commercial lines of insurance.

As an Operational Risk Manager, you will play a critical role in identifying, analyzing, and mitigating operational risks across the organization. You will partner closely with Finance, Operations, Technology, Compliance, and other functional teams to strengthen the firm’s risk profile and protect its value by proactively managing risks arising from internal processes, people, systems, and external events in support of our business objectives.

The ideal candidate will have 15+ years of professional experience in risk management, auditing, or consulting, with an undergraduate degree in accounting, finance, economics, computer science, or engineering. Certifications such as PRMIA Operational Risk Manager Certificate, FRM, CRISC, CISA, and/or CIA are preferred. Strong analytical skills, the ability to build strong working relationships, and experience with automation tools and software are essential.

Compensation for this role includes an annual base salary range of $200,000-$250,000 (USD), excluding discretionary bonus compensation and a comprehensive benefits package.
