Additionally, ensuring the timely and accurate completion of routine business processes and reporting to the Vice President of Insurance for further improvements are essential aspects of the role.
Candidates should possess at least 2-3 years of experience in operational excellence or business process improvement within the financial industry. Attention to detail, a critical mindset, and a self-driven approach are crucial. Strong analytical skills to identify root causes and implement solutions, the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment, and effective verbal and written communication skills are required. Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel for data analysis and visualization, is also necessary.
Preferred qualifications include experience managing large-scale operation projects in fintech or related industries, a background in business consulting within the insurance, banking, or financial sectors, and experience executing complex projects with multiple stakeholders. An industrial engineering degree or similar and proficiency in SQL or similar languages are advantageous.
