Open Call for Engineers

Oklo is seeking engineers to join our dynamic team dedicated to developing advanced fission power plants that provide clean, reliable, and affordable energy at scale. As a member of our team, you will contribute to innovative projects aimed at revolutionizing the energy sector through cutting-edge technology and sustainable practices.

In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement advanced fission technologies. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include problem-solving, proposing novel solutions to technical challenges, and contributing to the continuous improvement of our systems and processes. You will be expected to think creatively and critically, while embracing a fast-paced, highly iterative startup environment.

We are looking for candidates with a Bachelor's, Master's, or PhD in an engineering field, who are passionate about making advanced fission a reality. Ideal candidates are self-motivated, eager to learn quickly, and comfortable working in a collaborative team setting. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential, as is the ability to think differently and approach problems in new ways.
