The Ontwerpleider E&IA role at Besix involves leading engineering and automation design projects within an innovative and multidisciplinary team. You will often lead meetings, address technical challenges, and ensure that both client and regulatory requirements are met.

The ideal candidate will have a proven background in electrical engineering or a related field, preferably backed by an engineering degree and relevant certifications. Strong project management skills, experience in multidisciplinary environments, and familiarity with automation, instrumentation, and control systems are essential. You must be an effective communicator, fluent in Dutch, and able to manage both technical and organizational aspects of design leadership.
