As an Ontwerpcoördinator Civiel at BESIX Nederland, you will play a pivotal role within our engineering team, collaborating closely with colleagues in Brussels. BESIX Nederland is a multidisciplinary construction company known for delivering innovative projects ranging from high-rise buildings to complex infrastructure, such as the Sluishuis and DPG Mediavaart in Amsterdam, and the Grotiustorens in The Hague.
In this role, you will be responsible for bringing structure and clarity to the design process, ensuring all team members are aligned and aware of their tasks. Your duties include monitoring project progress, maintaining quality standards, and facilitating smooth operations. You will guide complex infrastructure projects from concept to execution, working closely with project managers, engineers, and other disciplines.
The ideal candidate possesses a flexible, practical, and results-oriented mindset, with the ability to structure complex processes effectively. You should have a vocational or bachelor's degree in civil engineering or construction, a strong affinity for technology and process management, and knowledge of automation tools is considered a plus. Experience as a design leader in civil constructions or as a design coordinator is advantageous.
