Onsite Payments Associate

This role offers the opportunity to grow in the fast-moving world of digital and onsite payments, working hands-on with payment processes across multiple markets. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and the ability to collaborate cross-functionally with product and tech teams.
Key responsibilities include analyzing and optimizing payment processes to enhance efficiency and user experience, monitoring and reporting on payment performance KPIs across different markets, reviewing, negotiating, and managing contracts related to payment service providers, and leading the onboarding of new payment methods and providers in coordination with product and tech teams.
Candidates should have a bachelor's degree in Engineering, Finance, Business, Data Analytics, or a related field. While 0-2 years of relevant experience is a plus, strong analytical and problem-solving skills are essential. Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets is required, with knowledge of SQL and data visualization considered advantageous. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, along with a high level of English proficiency, are also necessary.
