Onsite Event Coordinator - Saint-Nazaire
Fever is seeking an Onsite Event Coordinator to oversee the execution of Candlelight concerts in Saint-Nazaire. This role involves managing event logistics, coordinating with various stakeholders, and ensuring a seamless experience for attendees. Fever is a leading global live-entertainment discovery platform dedicated to democratizing access to culture and entertainment.
The Onsite Event Coordinator will be responsible for selecting and recruiting event staff, providing pre-event instructions, and reviewing event schedules. On the day of the concert, duties include overall coordination, delivering on-stage speeches, managing staff roles and timing, overseeing technical and candle deliveries, maintaining scenography standards, and ensuring artist accommodations and rehearsals are properly arranged.
Candidates should have over two years of experience in event management or a relevant qualification, a passion for live music and event organization, exceptional customer service skills, experience leading on-site teams, strong problem-solving abilities, and the capacity to work effectively under pressure. Familiarity with AV and PA systems is desirable.
This is a part-time, freelance position with concerts primarily held on weekends. Transportation expenses are included in the hourly rate and will not be reimbursed separately.
