The Onsite Event Coordinator at FeverUp is a freelance position based in Nice, France, supporting the execution of diverse experiences and events produced in the local area. FeverUp is a leading global live-entertainment discovery platform, known for curating and hosting events that range from immersive experiences and concerts to pop-up exhibitions. The role is part of Fever's ground operations team, working closely with producers, venue contacts, and other coordinators to ensure seamless, high-quality event delivery in line with the company's creative standards.
Daily responsibilities include coordinating event set-up, guest check-ins, liaising with production teams and vendors, and troubleshooting any issues that arise onsite. The role requires overseeing event flow, ensuring timelines are met, and maintaining exceptional guest experiences from arrival to departure. You will also document feedback, assist with reporting, and uphold safety standards throughout each event.
Candidates must have prior experience in event coordination, hospitality, or a related field, with strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
