Onsite Event Coordinator - Monaco (Freelancer)

Fever is seeking a freelance Onsite Event Coordinator to oversee the execution of its Candlelight concerts in Monaco. This role involves managing all aspects of event coordination to ensure a seamless and memorable experience for attendees. The position is part-time, with concerts primarily scheduled on weekends.

Key responsibilities include selecting and recruiting event staff, providing them with necessary instructions, and consulting Fever's shared schedules to stay informed about concert logistics. The coordinator will also be available for occasional meetings with Fever's teams to review processes and organization for the concerts.

On the day of the concerts, the coordinator will handle general coordination, ensuring the smooth running of events and adherence to Candlelight's operational procedures. This includes delivering pre-defined speeches on stage, managing event staff roles and timing, overseeing technical and candle deliveries, maintaining the scenography, and managing artists' needs such as rehearsals, briefings, and meal arrangements.

Post-concert duties involve submitting a comprehensive inventory of materials used and reporting any issues encountered during the event, including musical incidents or audience feedback, to Fever through designated communication channels.

The ideal candidate will have over two years of experience in event management, a strong interest in live music and event organization, exceptional customer service skills, experience leading on-site teams, solid problem-solving abilities, and the capacity to work effectively under pressure. Knowledge of AV and PA systems is desirable.
