Fever is seeking a data-driven problem solver to join its Finance team in Madrid as an Online Payments Senior Associate. This role is pivotal in analyzing and optimizing payment performance across various markets to enhance user experience and conversion rates. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with Product, Tech, and Finance teams to drive impactful, data-informed decisions on a global scale.

Key responsibilities include owning the analysis of payment performance to identify trends and inefficiencies, translating data into actionable insights that directly influence revenue and customer satisfaction, and working with cross-functional teams to define and implement improvements in payment processes. The role also involves monitoring key performance indicators, supporting the introduction of new payment methods, and participating in the negotiation and management of significant contracts with payment providers.

The ideal candidate will have 1–3 years of experience in consulting, analytics, strategy, or similar fields, with a strong analytical mindset and attention to detail. Excellent communication skills are essential for conveying complex analyses clearly. Proactivity, curiosity, and a high level of English proficiency are also required. Experience with SQL, Excel, or business intelligence tools, as well as exposure to digital businesses or fintech, is advantageous.
