Onboarding Team Lead, Germany

Wolt is seeking an Onboarding Team Lead to oversee the integration of German merchants onto its platform. This role is based in Budapest, Hungary, and involves close collaboration with the Onboarding Operations team in Germany. The Onboarding Team Lead will report to the Global Head of Business Process Outsourcing Management and will be responsible for leading a team of 12 full-time employees.

The primary responsibilities include managing the onboarding pipeline, ensuring timely and accurate integration of new venues, and maintaining high data quality standards. The Onboarding Team Lead will also track key performance indicators such as time to onboard and new live venues, and collaborate with Sales, Account Management, Product, and the Onboarding Operations team in Germany to address any blockers and improve the onboarding process.

Candidates should have at least two years of experience leading a team of eight or more people, with a minimum of three years in operations within a fast-paced environment such as a marketplace, e-commerce, or shared service center. Fluency in both German and English is required, as the role involves daily interaction with German partners and stakeholders. Proficiency in data analysis, including the use of KPIs and dashboards, is essential.
