Okta Administrator (Security Team)
BrainRocket is seeking an Okta Administrator to join our Security Team. This on-site role is available in our offices located in Belgrade, Serbia; Lisbon, Portugal; Sofia, Bulgaria; Valencia, Spain; Warsaw, Poland; and Yerevan, Armenia. As a global company specializing in end-to-end tech products for clients across Fintech, iGaming, and Marketing sectors, BrainRocket is home to a dynamic team of 1,300 professionals dedicated to innovation and rapid growth.
The Okta Administrator will be responsible for managing and securing corporate applications critical to our identity and access management (IAM) processes, including platforms such as Okta and Google Workspace. Key responsibilities include ensuring platform availability and support, automating processes, integrating access controls, and maintaining comprehensive documentation. The role also involves proactively identifying opportunities to optimize access workflows and enhance the overall maturity of the IAM ecosystem.
Candidates should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Okta administration or enterprise IAM systems, with strong knowledge of Okta SSO, MFA, Lifecycle Management, and Directory Integrations. Hands-on experience with SAML, OIDC, SCIM, LDAP, AD, or Azure AD, as well as scripting skills in PowerShell, Python, or Bash for automation and audits, are essential. A solid understanding of IAM best practices, security principles, and regulatory requirements is also required.
